Car Speakers Shut Off When I Turn Volume Up?
I Have a 1995 Honda and i have to aplifiers and a capsitor and 2 subwoofers when the interior left and right front and rear speakers shut off after i turn up the radio more than halfway up but my woofers keep playing the interior speakers are conected to one amp and the woofers are conected to a seperate amp i replaced the fuses on the amp they were good but i still replaced them anyway and i also cleaned the batery termianls im lost on what else to do any ideas?
and to get them working again all i do is turn the radio off and turn it back on and lowe volume and it works fine

If your speakers are the original speakers the amp is giving them too much power you need some better interior speakers. the speakers in your car have an overload switch as you turn your volume up its sending more power to the speakers which overloads them, so they shut themselves off to prevent them burning out

Could be that your system is starving itself and not getting the power it needs.
Maybe your alternator isn't large enough to supply the current for the amplifiers?
Or, your battery is poked and can't handle for very long without the engine going.
In my car, this exact thing happens when I'm running my system without the engine running.
When the battery gets low, the interior speakers turn off, but the sub keeps whacking away.
Turn the car off, and back on, and bam. Away we go again for a few more minutes.
