Rear Right wheel of Honda Civic 97 Ex getting stuck?
Hey the Rear right wheel of my Honda civic 97 ex gets stuck sometimes when I try to reverse.. I left the country for a couple of months and when I came back it happened the first time. I did not pay much attention. Now I've been driving the car for about 3 months and it occasionally get stuck. Moreover, in the last couple of days I've noticed that my car does not feel the same, I do not know if I should call it drag but when I accelerate the acceleration does not feel right and the car sounds louder than usual. I need help!

Most likely a brake problem, I would suspect a sticking parking brake cable first. Not too hard to diagnose, very hard to get free if you wait too long to repair it.

Raise the car and spin the wheel try to feel to see if its the bearing grinding. If its tight check the brake caliper, make sure it is releasing all the way. also after your next trip check to see if it feels hotter than the rest of them. In any case the problem lies in the baring or the brakes

Sounds like a sticky caliper. You can take it apart and if you are luck you will be able to get it loose by using a C-clamp or vise grips to push the piston back in. Clean everything up before you push the piston back in. If that doesn't free it up, your best bet is to replace it with a rebuilt caliper.
