Is eating one slice of cheese everyday healthy?

Yes, just one yellow cheese slice everyday. Is it healthy? I am also trying to gain some weight.

Update:

I do not eat anything else at all. The amount of fat is almost zero in the food that I eat except for cereal and milk.

    Cheese is good protein and good calcium.

    Cheese sandwiches and pasta with cheese in it will help for gaining weight.

    That whole Saturated Fat being unhealthy hype is a load of crap. I suggest watching the Documentary "Fat Head" its free on Hulu. And as for gaining weight, check out this lifting program, and the GOMAD method.

    Yes as long as you don't "pig out" which i highly doubt you will but remeber to much of everything

    even healthy things is the worst thing for you :)
