since a family member cant live with another family member on section 8 what is the visting polices?

so what is the visting policies can they stay with the family member overnight? or for a few days? whats consider living there? i mean for visting purposes?

I am not a felon or on section 8 my friend just got out on of prison and she wants to stay with her mom as much as possible and her mom is on section 8 so how would the visting go? and about staying there for a few days on and off?

    Policies are different for each county. But, I think staying on and off more than one day a week is considered a resident.

    Also, if she is a felon, her mom has to get approval from the landlord.

    A family member CAN live with another family member who is on Section 8. You have to be related. If it is a guest, there is a max number of days per month or year.

    Your friend has to apply to the county Housing Authority to stay with her mother. She has to inform them about her prison record as well as everything else and her income. Then the landlord has to approve. If she does not do that, her mother will have trouble and can lose her Sec 8.

    Brother is my nearest kinfolk member and he lives approx. 5560 Miles away : o i'm close to Aberdeen in Scotland he's close to Chaing Mai in Thailand , , yet kinfolk smart there is merely us and his spouse and a couple of youngsters left.
