How would you find the x-intercept of this equation?
y = (x^3) - ( 4x^2 ) + 6
If you want to use other numbers that is fine, I just want an idea of how this would be done.
Update:
I understand that you set y equal to zero.. Im more confused because there is an x^3 and an x^2

to find the x intercept, y has to equal zero so plug in zero and solve for x... 0=(x^3)-(4x^2)+6

Try setting the equation equal to zero and solve for x.
