Do you think Dan Henderson will ever hold a UFC belt?
Hendo's stated goal is to hold a UFC belt before he retires but to do so, he'll have to either beat Anderson Silva at MW or Jon Jones at LHW and both dudes have been nearly unstoppable in their weight classes. Though the odds are long, Hendo has continuously defied the odds (and his age) to win the Strikeforce belt and defeat a much larger and younger Fedor. Do you think Hendo will achieve his dream of holding a UFC belt or do you think that's just a pipe dream because the current champs are just too damn good? Heck, do you think he'll even get past Shogun, a guy who's fighting well and 12 years Hendo's junior?

It would be my dream for Hendo to win the belt. He's my favorite fighter because he's good, he's a class act, and he got knockout of the year against that assh*le Bisping. I think he's too old for the belt. Bones and Silva aren't going to let Hendo take their belt and I'm not confident that he's even going to get past Rua. Nonetheless I'm rooting for Hendo all the way!

Hendo's best chance at getting UFC gold would be at Light Heavyweight weight class Yep (Jones, Evans,Shogun,Machida,Davis) The odds do seem heavily against Hendo to win against the younger guys with all their styles Heavy-Handed strikers, Colligete Wrestlers, Muay-Tai, BJJ. Hendo said he doesn't like cutting to make 185 so a rematch against Anderson Silva would be unlikely but there's a slight chance it could happen if he beat a guy like Chael Sonnen or Yushin Okami. But He is more interested in the Light Heavyweight Belt. He can hang with bigger guys he's proven it many times against the Nog bros.,Fedor Emilenenko,Rampage,Fajao. But he is already 40 years old but still excellent fighter with his H-bombs and Greco-roman wrestling. Shogun is a tough first oppenent to be making his comeback considering Shogun will look much better than when he lost the belt to Jones with his knee troubles. If henderson can make Shogun get uncomfortable in their upcoming fight with clinching, aggression, Scrabbles, takedowns and avoid shoguns powerful flurrys than he just may have a shot at the belt.

Probably not again. Albeit he's still goin strong, but you have so many up and new comers, who are younger, faster and stronger, people like Jon Jones. Thats just how the sport goes.
