Best Digital Camera Under $400?

Hi I'm looking a Best Digital Camera for good picture/Video quality under $400.

After lot of research I have selected some model's.

1.Canon PowerShot SX40 HS

2.Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX9V

3.Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ47

4.Nikon Coolpix P500

    Ive had the Canon S95 (the model before the S100) for a while, it has every feature you can ever need in a camera, really. Very nice pictures for a 10mp camera. Ken Rockwell cites it as the "Worlds Second best Point and Shoot" (next to the S100).

    Nikon or canon are both a good choice. Personal preference between the two.

    Canon is always the best; look into the new Canon PowerShot s100. CNET rated it the best digital camera. it's about $425

    id go with the sony but thats just me .check out some of the videos of it on youtube make sure you click 1080p
