I have no water from my well?

I live in Yukon. My water comes from a well. Its not running. Its very cold here but I had an electrician come and check my heating tapes from my well head. I bought a new pump on his recommendation, I had a new pressure tank last year. All plugs are in. What could it be? I've put a small ceramic heater into an outside box where the pipes seperate. It - 23but I'm afraid this heater will blow the pipes. The box is 4x4x6 feet.but outdoors.

If all else has been checked, and it seems you've done a good job, then possibly the water table has dropped. That would really suck when it's winter time,

Not sure what you mean about the heater "blowing the pipes"... do you mean the temperature differences? I'd suggest running the heater anyway - you already have no water, so it's worth a shot?

You may have to prime the pump with water to make it pump. I am a fine one to talk but i think there should be a hand pump on every well so that you can get water one way or the other.
