Elder scrolls: skyrim.. farkas glitch? fix?

(The 360 version of skyrim)

Im two quests past the point where you get turned to a werewolf and now everytime i go in or behind jorrvasgr in whiterun farkas comes to me, has a conversation.. but only he never leaves and this repeats. Unless i fast travel to another town or get sent to jail. When i leave a room or town he follows and if he catches up he will have the same convo. Is there a known fix for this glitch? Or am i screwed..

Ive tried installing game to my HDD and restarting the game also cleaning the disk .. no luck. Any tips? Thanks!!

Find out what city you have bounties in and pay it off or go to jail.

Turns out Farkas and his brother are programmed to be part of the city's guard team but they lack the necessary dialogue to arrest you so they just keep talking to you.

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is the next installment in the award-winning Elder Scrolls series. Skyrim is the follow up to the 2006 Game of the Year, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and the next game from Bethesda Game Studios, creators of the 2008 Game of the Year, Fallout 3.
