Just try to use this free YouTube Downloader(http://download.cnet.com/Leawo-YouTube-Downloader/... ), it can download video from most of video sites, and save as iPod video format.

Try using a youtube downloader that supports converting to mp4. There are heaps of options available on the internet, even websites that will do it for you, such as the following:

Once you have downloaded the video just import it into your iTunes library and sync it to your device.
