Why didnt wwe create another character like chris benoit?

Because Chris Benoit isn't a gimmick or character. It's the man himself. The man whom you see on TV is the real man with his real personality.

The classic wrestlers are now becoming.. should I say, 'extinct'. Lol. I don't even know some of them anymore. New guy here and there.

Actually, with the question. I don't know. WWE didn't recognize, paid tributes, or chose not to talk about Benoit's death mainly because it was murder-suicide, unlike Eddie Guerrero who died of a heart disease. So, maybe they chose not to pattern a new character after him? That's just a guess.

Well to me, all these wrestlers are kind of different from one another. So... there.

I think they have tried to recreate this style of wrestler but never had the same success. Based on your description I'd say Daniel Bryan has come close in style & character to Beniot but not in personality.

WWE right now lacks characters in wrestling in genereal these days its like your either a muscled up guy or your small and are cocky thats about it very bland characters these days.
