Christians, why undeniable tangible truth can one find in order to find God?

The FACT must come Before the 'belief' because if it doesn't it an opinion, and opinion are based upon mere belief or feelings. One can believe in anything but all belief is a NOT a FACT. All belief is mere feeling and opinions. Logic is based upon the reasonability of facts.

Reason - A cause, explanation, or justification for an action or event.

logic - science of reasoning , a system of principals of proofs.

Faith - is trust hope is something that can't be real, logic,or reasonable.

Real - having objective existence and not imaginary.

I think I see where you are coming from, but before I became a Christian, I didn't have much to go on. God seemed to lead me to some spiritual knowledge, but it ended up being that so called "leap of faith" that made things start to work. If I hadn't made that leap into the known, nothing would have happened most likely.

So you get your facts in order, such as they are, and if you are basing any good assumption of the validity of Christ's resurrection, you have the right direction, you only need to take that leap. It's really all that's left. The promise is that if you do it, he wont let you fall or be ashamed. That right there means a lot to God, who is dedicated to keeping His word.

Here is where I get that idea:

    Psalm 34:5

They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.

    Psalm 37

23 The LORD makes firm the steps

    of the one who delights in him;

24 though he may stumble, he will not fall,

for the LORD upholds him with his hand.

    Psalm 118:13

I was pushed back and about to fall, but the LORD helped me.

This of course is the same old exchange that goes on here in R&S day after day, and makes one think, "Surely there's some work I should be doing around the house; all the questions are the same again."

Atheists ask for undeniable, tangible, reasonable, logical, proof of God.

Perhaps they are a voice crying in the wilderness, really hoping for proof.

Perhaps they lack curiosity concerning the higher forms of spiritual thought, and think that it can be handed to them on a plate.

Or, more likely, a certain number of them have an inner need to laugh at someone else, to hold others up to ridicule. These are the ones who will discount any and all religious experiences as being hallucinations or outright lying.

God cannot be handed to us in a box like a Happy Meal at McDonald's.

We'll never get anywhere near Him if we don't stop allowing our dislike of other people to overrule the impulse to kindness and compassion.

We won't hear Him unless we can still our out-of-control jumping thoughts, which segue from subject to subject, fears and worries and hatreds, desires and longings and wants. The ordinary man can't spend five minutes thinking of God alone, and yet he expects that somehow the Divine will be revealed to him.

I wish I could demand that atheists learn and practice meditation, and dedicate one year of their lives to selfless service to other human beings, without one thought of hatred for anyone.

Then I wonder if they would return to us sneering about God, or whether they could finally be cheerful, satisfied, and happy and harm none.

Many choose to unflinchingly accept a materialistic interpretation of the universe based on limited human perception of natural phenomenon. This is not a logical step since it relies on assumption on a number of levels. The FACT is that the only thing that we can know for certain are our own minds and they are spiritual in nature. When one comes to the conclusion that at our very core we are immaterial and unexplainable, the truth of God often becomes quite clear.

BTW, when I say unexplainable, I am referring to the human mind. There are a few decent explanations that have been put forward to describe aspects of the physical universe, but no one understands how the mind relates to the brain, what the meaning of human emotion is, and why we have a sense of right and wrong. Those concepts only make sense if we open ourselves up to the realities of spirit and God.

Repeatable and falsifiable suspension of organic rules could do the trick. permit's get all the non secular leaders who choose to take section right into a controlled lab. Have them each and each pray to their god to enhance a 5lb weight from a tabletop and carry it there for ten minutes, meanwhile the non secular chief is sedated and related to an EKG to rule out ability telekinesis (which might itself be a startling discovery, yet not evidence of the divine). The god who grants those prayers in 3 double blind exams exists, This has the total thing approximately being a popular parallel to how Elijah proved Yahweh grew to become into greater helpful than Baal - by ability of aggressive sorting out - so easily the Xians for one won't merchandise (or the Jews). yet permit's wish the parallel does not proceed and function the triumphing adherent slaughter the mess united statesin my opinion this time eh?

No christians can say whatever they want, but the FACTS are there is no evidence that supports the bible. But that doesn't mean there is not a god just not theirs. I believe one day THROUGH SCIENCE we will be able to prove there is some higher power out there whether it be god, gods, or a flying spaghetti monster.

@j- so when you die and realize that you were wrong there is no hell and everyone goes to heaven are you going to be pissed at god and not go in? The fact is we just don't know what is going to happen when we die. So stop judging people based on your assumption.

Its text is based on fallacious anecdotal evidence. I will not waste my time to answer it, in fact, I have no time for that.

More: Everyone is believing in something. For example: How can you be sure that this world is all a lie? That we are in the dreams of another living being? You have to have faith to believe that this is the real world here and that is just an illusion in this case, is just a Matrix.

That's the thing. You can't prove that God exists or doesn't exist. It really does come down to faith and not reason. As an agnostic who'd like to be a Christian, this is hard for me to swallow because I want proof for everything, but some things are not about proof.

You cannot when you do not know what to look for.

When we want to look for a King who lived thousands of years ago, we start looking for his tomb, ruins that may have his name inscribed, something that would indicate that his reigned over this or that land. When you are trying to find traces of evolutionary development within a species, you look towards the biological connections within species. For a God? that is never been done, and I doubt it will ever.

And yet, at the end of the day. When you meet God, the only explanation you will have for why you are now a Christian will be your very real experience.

And you will also have to deal with a bunch of ignorant, narrow minded tools who think your experience doesn't count as evidence.

The simple fact that a person would say "I believe in this" or "I have faith in that" indicates that there is no evidence to support their position.
