Do taxes need to be increased on the rich? (opinions)?

I just want opinions to see how people feel.

If your answer is yes, what do you consider rich? $250k? $450k? $1M?

How much would you increase the taxes? 5%? 10% or up to 70% or 90%?

Update:

Income

To reduce debt, you have to both increase revenues (taxes) AND cut spending.

Depends on if you are talking assets or income, and gross or net income $250-$450K gross for a small business owner, could mean less than $75K net, after costs. That is not rich

there is a finite number of rich, and they are always changing like the ocean tide....due to stocks, births, deaths, theft, and numerous other reasons

there is no way to place a tax on something that is not sufficient

the best way to 'increase' income is to not spend it
