What is your opinion of Mickey Arthur being selected as the head coach of the Australian team?

He'll do a good job. Overseas coaches have done well with England and India. My only concern is the way the Wallabies have played under a non Australian coach and that has not worked all that well

He's a great choice. The other applicants for the job were Max Walker, Doug Walters and Shane Warne. While these guys would have been great for team morale, we want to develop cricketers, not drunks.

It will be a challenging job for him. His first priority should be to take Australia to No.1 position again.

I am happy to see how he goes. I think the right processes were followed as Arthur was appointed.

Somebody just asked this Q & I answered that if he does a good job I guess its worth having him.Nonetheless I would rather have had Rixon.
