Their are multipe websites out there, just know that you will be limited to the uploads and everything. Here are the sources:
WordPress.com
Webs.com
Weebly.com
Wix.com
Blog.com
And there are many others, though if you really want to get the full benefit of using a website. Then I think it will be best if you just Install your own website on your own hosting. I recommended Bluehost, its just $5.00 per month and they have an auto Install for open soucre software such as WordPress. Check out YouTube for tutorials.

There are so many free blogging sites available and I would love to suggest the WordPress the most fo them as it has so many things and plug-ins to do with. Try it out.
