I am 24. I had Hair Transplant by strip method 11 days ago, stitches opened, now all pain is nearly gone, stop taking antibiotics, having a scar on back of head, having Finasterid 1mg per day, doctor asked to start using Monixadil 5% after 15 days.

So here I just want to know what are things or food I should eat and which I should avoid eating.

I don't want to have another session I can't forget the pain so I have to make this as EFFICIENT as possible, and I can do any possible things for it.
