I know there are English-language cinemas in Zhongguancun. Additionally, you can find one at Oriental Towers (Wangfujing). Unfortunately, it's been five years since I've lived in Beijing (and I didn't go to the theater during my time there). You might want to check http://www.thebeijinger.com/ and see what folks there say.
