Hi. For video editing you should pay more money, at least 700. But "ACER" laptops are the cheapest, comparing to other brands.

There is absolutely no such thing as a "good" laptop for $400.
If you want something that you will HAVE to throw away by the end of next year, go ahead and spend $400 on a laptop. Otherwise use more money to buy something that will last longer than most celebrity marriages.
