Have you had problems doing this? What have you tried? What DID happen when you tried?
I don;t have the Fuze, but did have the Sansa E250 which supported MSC (USB mass storage) connection mode, which basically turns the player into a big flash player. When you connect it to your PC, it shows up as a removable drive on your computer. It's simple to trabnsfer mp3 files from a folder on your HD onto the player that way.
To get music from audio CD's requires an added step. The music tracks from audio CD's must be ripped...which you can do freely, easiy and legally using windows media player. (Make sure to go to settings and have WMP rip into MP3, and not WMA - not sure if the player will play wma; if you go WMA, remember to deselect copy protection). WMP will now "rip" your audio tracks to the computer and you can then transfer them as I said in the 1st paragraph.

You should organize your library by editing the tags that come with each song. Tags are bits of data - like license plates attached to an mp3 file. Info such as artist, genre, song title and album are used by mp3 players to find and sort music. The problem is that you want to have the smallest numbers of tags (one spelling for "The Rolling Stones"; as few as possible genres, instead of "Rock", "classic Rock", "Indie Rock" and "Stadium Rock") If you have a large number of files, editing can seem very intimidating - but it's easy with programs like MP3tag.
