¿que es educacion descentralizada y centralizada?

    Cuando en un país, todos los centros educativos están en una zona, la capital por ejemplo, se dice que la educación está centralizada en esa zona. Lo cual no es conveniente para el incremento de la educación en ese país, se opta por DESENTRALIZARLA y se abren centros educativos en todos los departamentos del país entonces la educación es más accesible a todos los estudiantes.
