Verizon Wireless Question?
Has anyone received a text message from Verizon saying they were eligible for a phone upgrade but then you change something on your calling plan and you are no longer eligible? I called them up to figure out why I was no longer eligible and they acted like I was making the whole thing up?

Lock the message so you can not delete it. Then take your phone and show someone at the Verizon store the message if you want a phone upgrade.
