My cousin and I are thinking of going to the black friday sale in Bestbuy later tonight. I heard that people often bring tents while they wait in line. Does it really get so cold that people absolutely need tents? Will we be fine without one?

The folks who usually bring tents are the folks who are out there now. People generally bring tents to camp out in front of stores like best buy so that they can beat other people to the punch. Its a little late to be setting up camp right now, so you should be fine.
