God is showing love but not in the way people are thinking about. God sent his son to die for us. He is giving all of us a chance to prove we love God and will obey him unlike Adam and Eve.

We look at the bad things that happen and it makes us feel bad, but the Bible says God feels bad too. At Genesis 6:5,6 God said in Noah's time that he felt regret he made man, and had to destroy him.

God in our day has patiently put up with people. Why? 2 Peter 3:8,9 tells us "Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with you because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.”

The fact that Jehovah’s day of vengeance has not yet come proves that he loves us, that he wants people to live, not to die.

As long as things continue to get worse Christians must keep on exercising patience, confidently looking to Jehovah God to bring relief through his Son Jesus Christ.

God has said he will “bring to ruin those ruining the earth.” (Revelation 11:18)

We have to make sure Jesus isn't talking about us as he speaks at Matthew 7:21-23 to Christians.
