A 6 sided die (dice) has 3 sides blue and 3 sides red.?

Is it the same as a die with 2 sides 1 side blue 1 side red?

Sure, you have a theoretical probably of 1 in 2, or 50% of getting either at any single chance. Whether or not it actually occurs is something else.

In theory, theory and practice are the same, in practice they aren't. Hehehe

    Is WHAT the same?

The probability of rolling a side with red on it?

If so, yes. 3 sides out of 6 = 50% which equals 1 side out of 2.

I've never seen a 2-sided die. We usually call those "coins".
