Can anybody help me buying a right Soprano Sax?
Hi, i am sophomore in highschool.
i have played tenor for 2 years, alto for 7 years...
I am trying to buy a soprano sax around $1000.
I am not good at buying instruments in music stores.. can anybody give me tips to choose a right instrument?
i know someone bought a instrument that was shiny but the tone was so cheap.
Please tell me how to look for when buying soprano sax.
should i bring a tuner with me to check if every note would be tuned or something?
i want to buy a soprano sax that could last long, and play in tune.
Please any help?

Idk if a soprano is the right thing. I mean alto for 7 and tennor 4 2 years. If you do buy it buy selmer. Listen, you can buy a $500 sax and sound like sanborn. I know because this is a true story. GO JAZZ CATZ!

Me too, 1000 is to much for me though, I heard a lot of good reviews on the conductor model 4000 on amazon but Idk yet about that
