if the greeners have their way its good ole foot traffic or electric bus/no need for everyone to not take public transportation/public housing and grass sandwiches/get ready

We will always have cars in one form or another, the powe source will have to change though. In my mind the future is the hydrogen fuel cell. When the technology is improved and the price comes down I think most cars will be fitted with them, along with your house to reduce the emmissions from power stations. The biggest problem is getting the hydrogen. but they are working on that at Manchester University as we speak.
