Do you think it is a good idea to pierce your ears twice?

I have pierced my earlobes once years ago, and am thinking about getting a piercing a little higher than that, like maybe right before the cartilage starts. Lots of girls at my school have done this and I like the way it looks. Has anyone tried it? Do you like it? Did it hurt more than getting your lobes pierced?

    First, how old ARE you?

If age 10 or under- Forget it.

If age 15 and up- Talk to ur parents first.

But no, it shouldn't hurt more. In fact, the cartilage has less to go through anyway.

I have three in each lobe and two in my cartilage. Mine only hurt for a minute. As long as you take care of your piercing and it doesn't get infected the pain should be very minimal. I would suggest going to an actual piercing studio where they use hollow needles, not a Wal-Mart or Claire's where they use the plastic piercing guns. I have heard those guns are very unsanitary.

    Good luck!

Yeah its fine to just be prepared for a little bit more pain as the higher you go up your ear, the more it maybe burns and stings. But if you've had your ears pierced before it will be fine for you :)
