i slept with my dads mate, and my mum and dad found out, shall i lie or not?

Okay, i know i wrote the same question a few minutes ago, but i dont think i gave you all the information properly lol

- Me, my dad and jon all work together

- Im 16, Jon is 23.

- My dad and Jon are really good mates, they have been for around 8 years when jon started.

-Everyone went out from work, and got drunk around 2 months ago

- Me and Jon slept together at my house, downstairs

- Jon has a fiance and two kids, and i know it was wrong but everyone makes drunken mistakes?

- Me and jon have only just got over what happened, it happened once and we both know it was wrong and stupid.

- Then my mum and dad read my messages to my bestfriend on facebook.

- They found out what happened

- Told me they knew

- I admitted to it

- They shouted at me, couldnt believe what had happened

- They now hate jon for it and my dad cant even look at him at work anymore.

- Ive begged my dad and mum not to say anything to jon because it will ruin his relationship and it was just an accident.

Should i, say i was lying to my bestfriend because she lied about the same kinda thing? or that i was making her jealous because she did it with someone i liked, or something like that? i could probably get away with it and make them believe it. I'll sound pathetic and stupid and like i was trying to cause loads of trouble by making 'a horrible story' but it'll be worth it, im so embaressed!

Or shall i just leave everything now its out in the open? but my dad will feel really uncomfortable at work in front of Jon and im scared hes gonna say something in the heat of the moment and maybe hurt jon, my dads really upset and dissapointed:-( he cant stand to look at him anymore and everything the work do together, my dad cant go because jon will be there with his fiance..

WHAT SHALL I DOOOOOOOOO? :-(

    I think you should just leave this as it is. Telling lies is just going to confuse the issue.

    ok,if I was in your place I would do the following 1.prepare to make a lie 2.so you must talk with your best friend and with jon,make the lie complete from every sides because if the they discovered they will lose completely their trust in you

    It if was me, i'd leave it. Getting your best friend involved can ruin your relationship with her. I'm sure your parents have done things that they regret. Just like you regret this.

    Let your parents hate him. You've both realised you mistakes.

    Do not worry about it, let them hate him, to be honest he deserves it. Not only did he betray his partner and children, he betrayed his best friend by having sex with his daughter, your dad only refusing to talk to him shows your dad is a very calm person, because i would have killed him.

    I would leave things as they are and just say to your mum and dad " haven't you made any mistakes that you're ashamed of and have to live with"? .....If they say no, they're lying.
