what's the theme music called........?

in the 1969 film The Christmas Tree.....

it starred William Holden and was a heartbreaking story of a young boy who was dying

there is no singing on it...and it's a piano piece.....

any help..?

    The theme song is called "I'll Be There For You. ..... Time of The Season, written by Rod Argent, performed by The Zombies (1969)

    It's played on the guitar, actually, and it's "Romance" by composer Narciso Yepes, composed originally for the film Jeux Interdits - just Google "Romance Narciso Yepes Jeux Interdits" and you'll find many recordings of the piece.
