Of course. Evolution, accidental or directed, will create different classes of folks. Already possible to a limited extent: simply purchase an egg from a tall, good looking, IQ>160 woman and artificially inseminate with similar sperm. This has been within reach for decades. And this is minor to what will exist in a few hundred years. Of course, were I alive, I would take advantage. Why not?
