Xbox 360 slim (Modded) does not run/play new games ,,,why ?

they are currently working on some new anti-piracy techniques. using title updates they can activate or deactivate certain security checks. if you are playing store bought games then this will not affect you at all. they are trying to stop people from playing burned games. it doesn't matter though, c4eva is making a new firmware that will completely bypass these checks. you can read about the title updates at the link below. here is a list of all the games that will be affected. http://bit.ly/ap25list

Newer games such as BF 3 and MW 3 are regulaly updated via the consol and i assume the Mod has lost you this functionality which older games don't exibit.
