Is this a healthy vegetarian diet?

Alright, so I've been a vegetarian for about 7 months now. My diet consists of different pastas, white and brown rice, differety done potatoes, beans, cheese, pita, whole wheat bread, and different types of fruit juices and water.

Daily I eat usually a cheese stick or some cereal for breakfast, I go to highschool, so my diet for lunch consists of a bean and cheese burrito with whatever fruit or veggies they have. And my dinner is usually either rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, or ramen. I take multiple vitamins to cover the proteins and calciums and different nutrients I'm not getting, but is this a healthy lifestyle?

    Are you kidding me?? You have got to stop taking vitamin supplements. As a vegetarian,you have to be totally natural. A vegetarian diet is so complete that by taking supplements you only end up over-eating all the proteins calciums and other nutrients. Just make sure you have pulses three times a week and fruits and vegetables everyday.

    You need to eat a LOT more vegetables and a lot more variety. Cut down on the starchy potatoes, cheese and cereal. Start your day with freshly squeezed juices with spinach or other dark green vegie blended in. Sounds gross but tastes delicious and is SO GOOD for you.

    Sounds like you are not eating enought veggies. Eat way more veggies, especially leafy greens and fresh fruit.

    Yeah! I'm a vegetarian as well and I just might take that and use it for myself !
