    4log(3/8)

    or log(81/4096) . . . because 4log(3/8) = log((3/8)^4)

    We can do some good old fashioned factoring to turn the expression into:

    4 ( log3 - log8 )

    Then there is a rule that logA - logB = log(A/B), so

    4 ( log(3/8) )

    Also, we have the rule that P * logC = log(C^P), so

    log( (3/8)^4 )

    which is log( 81/4096 )
