Just don't know what to do next...???? Please answer :(?
Hi ;) I'm a mother of 2, but I have been pregnant 3 times (m/c baby #3)
Lately I've been using nuvaring not to get pregnant as I got separated and am dating a new man. I have been undergoing lots of stress, with the separation, moving away with the children, etc... but I've never felt like that because of stress before.
Last week, I got brown discharge for 2-3 days and considered it might be my period (even though it was early) Saturday was the day I 'take off' the nuvaring, I'm suppose to have my period over the course of this week, like on the pill (the week you take placebo) But since saturday, I've been feeling really pregnant (tired, nauseous, you name it...) so yesterday I tested. Was negative.
I still am very nervous... Still feel pregnant. Feel like my body is telling me something and medicine is saying the other...!!!! What should I do now?????

I would try to take a deep breath and relax. I have noticed that the more I worried about being pregnant, the more I felt it. I think since you know what to expect out of pregnancy, every little symptom feels like you're pregnant. It's like having a case of "knowing too much" about what pregnancy feels like. I think with all that you have been through and what you are going through, your body is becoming mentally and physically worn out and helping you feel your worst fears and feelings of becoming pregnant. If after a couple of days you still feel them, take another test. When I was on any type of b/c, I would get periods like what you had described above so I decided that it was best for my health to be off of it and use condoms.
I hope everything works out for you and things start to calm down and fall back into place soon <3

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.
