what time should i leave for JFK in new york?
i live in Bridgeport, CT and my flight is at 1030pm. its an international flight.

You need to arrive at the airport 3 hours before 10:30. You also need to give yourself enough time to get to the airport from CT and park your car. So much can go wrong so leave your house at 5:30 pm.
Better to arrive early and be stressed free than stressed out and driving dangerously and running to get to your flight only to be stopped by a long line at security.

for intetnational flights you need to check in 2-3 hours in advance. So if your flight is at 10 30 pm then you should be at JFK at around 730 PM. I don't know how you are coming from CT, so depending on that plan your travel
