Missing Condom::Did He Cheat?

So, me and my boyfriend rent a house together with a bunch of friends. him and his friend frank basically share the condoms but frank only has sex with one girl and he's even told me he hasnt used a condom since his gf had an abortion. So, he doesnt use the condoms and neither do me and my boyfriend Jordan. Jordans a great person from what i believe. He goes to work and comes straight home which wouldnt leave him much room to cheat, but there is still always a possibility. I havent had a chance to ask Frank, but Frank would obviously lie for Jordan because their "bros" and its the "bro code". So how am I really suppose to know?? Right when i seen that there was a condom missing, I looked at Jordan and said "theres 3 condoms and I know there was 4 before" and Jordan said "I dont know maybe frank used one" and i said "but frank even told me personally that he doesnt use condoms with britney anymore" and he stormed off and said I was accusing him... but what else am i suppose to think when frank really did tell me he doesnt use them anymore... and jordans the only other person who would ever take a condom. so... anyone have any advice??

Update:

i wasnt counting them.. but about a week and a half ago we were cleaning and i put the condoms into a container thats not that easily openned... and because there were only 4, i remembered the number because there were 3 different kinds and 2 of them were the same kind. and it was 1 of the 2 that went missing. i didnt purposely count them to see that there was 4, its just too easy to remember. and then i pulled them out and said, "we should start using these" and i pulled them out to show him the kinds of condoms, and one was gone. he got defensive and stormed off... so...

    Just stop and think. Have you recently had anyone else staying at your house who may have taken a condom? Do you or your housemates have any younger teenage siblings who may have come over and gone through your stuff? Did your housemate tell you about not using condoms before or after you discovered one missing? Is it possible that the box was left open and a condom fell out into the drawer, or wherever it is you keep them?

    Just because there is a condom missing, doesn't necessarily mean that your boyfriend is cheating on you. You need to check out all other possibilities before jumping to that conclusion, because a relationship needs trust.
