How To Stop Saying Sorry So Much?
I say sorry literally hundreds of times per day. Its getting to a point where I'm seriously annoying the people around me. I'm not sure what the stem of the problem is for sure, but I have severe confidence issues and am really clumsy.

substitute it with other words. or maybe even like sorry sir, we can't do that. say "my position cannot alow me to" get the point
