Can this be considered an Eagle Project?

I am working on my Eagle Project and am almost done but was just double checking to see if others that it would be considered an Eagle Project.

The project involves cleaning out an outdoor science area at a school. We pull weeds, relandscape a flowerbed, plant appropriate plants in 4 decent sized flowerbeds, and place rich soil and mulch on top of the flowerbed.

A response from someone who actually has done their project or is a counsular would be very appreciated. Thanks

Explain to us all exactly what you think is the function of your EAGLE PROJECT ADVISOR.

    Seriously.

I can't wait to hear this one.

Another fine example of our American education system, folks.

Well, you need to have your project approved before you actually do it, so if you've had it approved then yes, it counts.
