Does anyone else suddenly feel like being depressed?

I'm kind of depressed. I just started a new job that starts at 3 pm and I don't get home until 10pm, 11pm or sometimes 12am. The thing is I don't ever see anybody anymore, not my family or my friends.

I feel sort of disconnected from my world.

I've been depressed for about a year now.
