Does anyone know what kind of gun this is?

I did a Google search on gun control images, and I came across THIS photo. After seeing this, I think I'm in love...and the woman is pretty cute too!

Not only does it have a great caption, that hand cannon she's toting has to be the most bada** revolver I've ever seen. Does anyone know make/model it is? It looks to be a large caliber like a .44 magnum, possibly.

I know you fine folks have more extensive knowledge of such things than I do, so I thought I'd bring this to your attention.

Update:

Yes, I thought it was a Rhino at first but the one in this photo doesn't look like it has a top strap. Plus, this one doesn't have a tactical rail beneath the barrel which is standard on all Rhino models. Weird, isn't it?

    that is NOT a 44 or 50.

look at he cylinder, the bullets are seen, and compare them to the size of her fingers. if its a 44 or 50, they should be just as big or bigger than her fingers.

that is an awesome looking revolver but I've never seen one of those before.

what I can tell you is that its rather unusual since the barrel lines up with the bottom most chamber on the cylinder, not the top most. there are only a handful of revolvers that features this- one of this is the Chiappa Rhino.

comparing the bullet size to finger size, I'm guessing that's more likely to be a .38/357, .32/327, or maybe even down to the 27 or 25 caliber pistol/rifle magnums.

Source(s): I have a .44 Remington Magnum Revolver & .500 S&W Magnum Carbine, and those bullets are F#^%ing huge! the .500 S&W Magnum's chamber is large enough for me to put my index finger in there!

It is a Chiappa Rhino, .357 Magnum, 6" barrel. The perspective makes it look larger than it is. It is an older model without the rail.

Note the low barrel and hexagonal cylinder.

This gun looks to be the work of Rhino revolvers which are made by Chiappa firearms. I say this because the barrel is on the bottom of the cylinder and the bridge on the barrel looks a lot like that of some of the rhino revolvers work. The grip is also a dead giveaway of the gun.

It sure does look like a Rino but the image looks reversedhttp://www.google.com/search?q=chiappa+rhino&hl=en...

Edit...Hmmm didn't look at the bottom rail but as far as I know Chiappa is the only revolver that has that type of barrel setup

Looks like a .50 magnum(I forgot the name) but I remember that it's significantly larger than the .44.
