Horner v. Bourland issue?

I'm trying to do a case brief over Horner v. Bourland and I'm not sure the best way to word the issue at hand? Any ideas or tips?

    It's just like Allen v. Lawhorn, 562 U.S. 1024 (2010).

The case is reported with giant headings (A) and (B), clearly outlining each issue: (A) Mutual mistake to thwart specific performance, and (B) Statute of Frauds in an oral modification of a real estate contract.
