Does Santa have a valid work Visa to enter the USA on Dec 25th? When he goes to Arizona, are they going to...?

Maybe some illegals might ask Santa for a job at the Northpole. The northpole is not regulated by a government and thus they would fit in nicely. They would have a place to live and still have a job.

They could do any number of jobs, not just helping make toys, but caring for reindeer and baby sitting baby elves,etc.

@don.., if Santa needed a visa , he would need paperwork for other countries he goes to.

His papers are in order, checked them myself. But these illegals signing up for help with Christmas certainly do not and should not be getting any freebies in their stockings!!

Santa is comparable to a charitable organization. He doesn't sell anything. He is not employed by anybody. He just gives stuff away.
