Vitamins in loction antioxidants?
When you use lotion with vitamins/antixidants, do they have the same benefits as in a pill form or in the form of food? I have this lotion called dial nutri skin replenishing lotion. And it has Omega 3 & 6, as well as vitamins A, C, E and F. What are the benefits of having vitamins in lotion?

Vitamins that are fat soluble such as vitamin E and A can have a beneficial effect when used topically, on the skin. Vitamin C has some good evidence as well for topical use. Many lotions only put a very small amount in their formulas, so that they can put it on the label, but at these low amounts, the benefits are questionable.
I always suggest people use the nutrients internally for the greatest benefit. The health of our skin depends on our internal cellular environment. This is where anti-oxidants are very important, as well as omega 3's, like DHA.
Vitamin supplements should always be whole food vitamins because our body recognizes and absorbs nutrients from food sources the best. See this info@ http://www.healthymillionairebook.com/blog/?p=317
