How to get super flat abs and toned legs?

Right no my abs are pretty firm but they aren't flat so what should I do to get like SUPER flat abs by summer?? I also want to make my legs slimmer. They don't have like any fat on them but my muscle is bulky (I'm a gymnast) and I want to tone so my butt. So what are good ab thigh and butt work outs to get my a good body in like 4-5 months??

    u need high rep weight training sessions.

    and lots of cardio exercise

    4-5 days a week of cardio for 30-40 mins

    and 1-2 a week

    squats

    lunges

    calf riases

    hamstring curls

    do 4 sets for each exercise
