It's a complete makeover:
1. Totally new dash
2. Instrumentation has changed.
3. Nav is greatly improved
4. New safety features such as leg airbags.
5. New optional safety features such has pre-colission radar and lane keep.
6. LED lights instead of HID lights
7. Larger engine.
8. Larger motor/generators.
9. The motor/generators have a new design. The windings have totally changed.
Some of these things you may not consider to be actual improvements (such as the larger engine and dash redesign).

new interior designs and the body kit from outside is different. hope that helped
