Why did cities crack down on the Occupy Wall street protestors?
Why did the mayors of the various cities, including some "liberal" ones like New York and Oakland, crack down so hard on the Occupy protestors? Isn't protesting one of the qualities of a vibrant and healthy democracy? Isn't America the best democracy in the world, if so why do they not like the protestors?

because they are liberal idiots, crapping and pissing all over the place, making unsanitary conditions for right minded conservatives who are going to and from work.

Because the protesting is honestly dumb, It is a health hazard, it looks bad in every aspects. I believe that the Occupy wall street protesters had some valid points for protesting. But standing around with signs is not how things get done in America. Its self-contridictory for the Occupy protesters to protest about the power in wealth in America, while the unemployed people standing around for weeks doing nothing but holding up signs complain they have no money. Really? if you want things done in American, you have to DO IT.

As I predicted, OWS wouldn't be peaceful like the protesters promised. There was a homicide in Oakland near an encampment. The man who tried to asasinate Obama came from the Occupy Washington encampment.

Only peaceful protest can ever be healthy and the OWS were not peaceful also they were breaking the law by occupying places that they did not have permits for so they were blocking peoples way and disturbing the public without any permit to do so.

People have the right to protest. However they DO NOT have the right to deprive the rest of the public of access to public areas, block businesses, harass people on the way to work, rape, steal, defecate in public, etc.
If they had just protested, everything would be fine. They crossed a lot of lines.

Those that control the politicos don't like "those" freedoms. You would think the teepee'rs would be up in arms about this violation of the first amendment?

Because you can only protest certain legislation and politicians themselves, not their corporate sponsors.
