Was the Euro as a monetary Policy in Europe the reason for their Economy Crisis ?
Euro as a monetary policy in Europe is between countries without unity in Languages , financial policies and Bud getting . I think those are enough to be the reasons of Europe Economy crisis .

No. The cause was the anglo-saxon global financial crisis that dragged everybody down with them. Sub- prime mortgages were given to poor Americans and then sold to EU banks.
