microsoft outlook xp version?
I have got to set up a weekly calender schedule for a made up company for an assignment I'm working on, including appointments and meetings, I've done that bit already!
But I don't know how to save it so I can open it on a different computer, as I have never use outlook before so I'm still learning the basics!
Does anyone know how to Save the file, so I can open it tomorrow on another computer to print it!
the Version I'm using is xp version.

Unless your computers are linked you can't but what you can do is send your calender to your second computer via email when you receive it on your second computer choose accept and it will put all the data into whichever calender you use on it.
