The body of teenage Renesmee is played by Christie Burke, though it is not her face. The actress who will play Renesmee in the next film, Mackenzie Foy (age 10 while filming) had her face CGI'd onto the body, and CGI was used to age her face and make her look like a teenager. Its similar to what they did in the Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

I know this question is 4 years old. But all you who answered are wrong. Real children played Renesmee. They used 6 different children. For as she aged up.
