Would Bye Bye Birdie be a good idea for our spring musical?

We're trying to decide on a low-budget musical that doesn't involve a huge cast. We would have at least 25 people. Our cast is mostly girls, we only have about 4 boys and of those four boys only 2 are strong singers. I was thinking Bye Bye Birdie might be just about right for us. But I'm not sure on how expensive it would be to do a show like this. Do we have the right cast for it from the information I just gave you? If this isn't good, what about Into The Woods? Is it too difficult to do a show like that or would it be just right? If none of these are right, any other ideas for a show? Thank you.
